Abety Precision Ltd is a Ghanaian road infrastructure contractor with demonstrated capability in the design, rehabilitation, and maintenance of road corridors across the Brong-Ahafo and Northern regions of Ghana.
Our specialist expertise spans earthworks, asphalt pavement, concrete drainage, quarry operations, and large-scale plant fleet management. We have been nominated by the Ghana Highway Authority as preferred contractor for the Techiman–Buipe Road under the GHA Big Push Programme.

Abety Precision Ltd has been nominated as the preferred contractor by the Ghana Highway Authority for the full rehabilitation of the Techiman–Buipe Road, a 171-kilometre strategic corridor under the GHA Big Push Programme.
Connecting Techiman in the Bono East Region to Buipe in the Northern Region, this north-south arterial supports agricultural produce movement, inter-regional trade, and government logistics across Ghana.
Full corridor rehabilitation including earthworks, drainage and U-drain construction, subbase preparation, asphalt pavement, concrete kerbing, roadline marking, and road furniture across all 171 km.
Four simultaneous construction lots, each covering 42.75 km, with dedicated plant fleets and site management teams deployed across the full corridor for disciplined, high-velocity delivery.
On-site quarry and aggregate supply, a fully owned equipment fleet, and an experienced multi-disciplinary workforce give Abety the capacity to deliver major sovereign road programmes at national scale.

Charles Abety is a technology executive and Sr. AWS Certified Solutions Architect with 20+ years leading enterprise cloud transformation for U.S. federal agencies and Fortune 500 organisations. He is the strategic leader agencies and prime contractors choose to deliver complex, high-stakes, mission-critical programmes on time, within budget, and in full compliance.
He has directed multi-million dollar cloud modernisation initiatives for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Department of the Treasury, Cerner Corporation, and other regulated enterprises — architecting secure, scalable AWS environments that meet FedRAMP, HIPAA, and NIST requirements while driving measurable cost savings and operational resilience.
As Technology Lead at Kenneth & Co., he serves as the accountable executive for enterprise architecture, programme delivery, and client outcomes. At Abety Precision, he brings that same governance discipline, programme accountability, and executive clarity to infrastructure delivery in Ghana.

Engineering Lead
Engineer Yaw leads Abety Precision’s technical engineering function across road rehabilitation, earthworks, pavement, and drainage programmes. He brings seasoned field and design-side judgement to corridor projects, ensuring engineering standards, constructability, and quality control stay aligned from mobilisation through handover.
He oversees technical planning, method statements, site engineering coordination, and interface management with plant fleets, subcontractors, and client representatives. His focus is disciplined delivery — safe worksites, durable pavement outcomes, and practical solutions that keep long-corridor programmes moving on programme.
Strategic Advisor
Professor Albert Ahenkan is an internationally recognised expert in sustainable development, ESG, climate policy, environmental governance, sustainable procurement, and climate finance. He is Head of the Department of Public Administration at the University of Ghana Business School, where he leads teaching and postgraduate research in sustainability policy and public sector innovation.
Over more than fifteen years he has advised governments and development partners including AUDA-NEPAD, UNDP, the World Bank, IFAD, GIZ, UNITAR, USAID, C40 Cities, and the European Union. He has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and currently serves as Lead Technical Expert for the revision of Ghana’s Sustainable Public Procurement Policy.
